Cherry Mania

It's the last day, of the second week, out of the three weeks that I allocated for REVISION.
Revision that's seemed to have gone downhill following the first week. No motivation at all. Internet is a big, horrible distraction. Too much YouTube-ing, reading about random nonsense that appears on MSN today, purchasing cherries from tesco dot com. Actually, that was quite necessary.
I've been craving cherries for just under three months now and mum just won't buy them. Afraid that I'll eat so many I'll turn into one? Troublesome.
Before she pops out to the supermarket, I'd always tell her to make sure that she picked up a box of cherries.
Eagerly awaiting the arrival of my cherries, I'd slip into cherry related day dreams. What would I do if it started raining cherries? All that surplus. Mmmm. Maybe I could make cherry pies, or frozen cherry yoghurts or cherry and coconut cakes topped with a sweet cherry sauce.
Oh how I love cherries. The succulent, rich, wild crimson ones. Ahh, I'm dribbling. Excuse me.

So yeah, she always returns WITHOUT the cherries. Then she'd claim she'd forgotten. Uh huh, sure mum. You forgot.
Having this happen for three months, I decided I'd had enough. So I went onto to the tesco website and bought THREE GIGANTIC BOXES of my own. With my own money so they're MY cherries. Mum isn't getting any. Not even one. Ha.
Can't wait until Tuesday! That's when my cherries get delivered. Yum ^__^
Thinking about it, I could've done that three months ago and saved myself the annoyance of not being able to satisfy my cravings. It didn't occur to me then! So stop laughing at me.
Just gimmie my cherries =(

Oh hey, I was just thinking...

''Is a cherry a berry?''
I've wondered before.
Since looks can deceive,
Let's find out for sure!

A cherry may look,
Like a berry to you,
A taste test will prove
That you haven't a clue!

A cherry may smell,
Like a berry to those,
Who haven't had experience,
Using their nose!

But who can decide?
Won't you answer my plea?
Is a cherry a berry?
It's puzzling to me!

And the answer is..they're not berries XD
I didn't know that. I mean well, I had SOME idea that they weren't berries cause they have a stone in the middle, like peaches and apricots. They're a whole new class of their own...called Drupe. How awesome.
